Who we are

What we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, company, and what you tell us about your operations. When you browse the site, we also automatically collect standard usage data (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser) through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including some that track activity across other sites for advertising measurement:

• Google Analytics 4 — to understand how the site is used.
• Google Ads — to measure ad conversions and show relevant ads. This sets cross-site advertising cookies.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure LinkedIn campaign performance and reach relevant audiences. This sets cross-site advertising cookies.
• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance and traffic measurement.
• Calendly— booking embeds, handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of ad personalisation via Google Ad Settings and your LinkedIn settings. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to book a call or contact us.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare for and deliver engagements, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business (scheduling, email, project tooling), and only as needed.

Client data in engagements

Systems we build for clients may process their business data. That data belongs to the client, is handled under the terms of each engagement, and is never used in our marketing without written consent — case studies use demo data only.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you — email oliver@actxv.ai.
